Q:What is your return policy?

A:Because of the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns for food items. It the product is severely damaged, please send us a picture and we will replace the item or give you store credit-- based on your individual problem. Please e-mail if there are any problems, questions, or concerns. Thanks.

Q:Do you combine shipping?

A:Yes, we combine shipping on all our products being sent to the same address. The discount goes like this: full price is charged for the first item and 1/2 price for each additional.  For example, you have purchased 3 items with shipping of $6.00 each, the charge would be $6.00 for the first, & $3.00 for 2nd & $3.00 for 3rd for a total of $12.00.

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?

A:You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 business days from shipping notification--this is based on the date your order is paid and what day of the week it is. To assure that your product arrives fresh, we do not ship over long weekends or late in the week if your order will have to sit in the post office or on a truck for a long period.

Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

A:Most items are $9.00 to $10.00 which includes tracking of your order right to your door. We use flat rate USPS priority mail boxes when the correct size is available.

Q:Do you ship internationally?

A:Sorry, international shipping is not allowed for our baked goods. Thanks for asking.

Q:Can you ship to another address?

A:Yes, we would be happy to send to any address you request, as long as it is in the CONTINTENTAL UNITED STATES.

Q:Can you attach a gift card?

A:Absolutely, just send me a e-mail with what you would like for it to say.

Q:Shipping Clarification

A:Because all of our products are special made for your order. I MUST STRESS IT WILL TAKE MORE THAN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET YOUR ORDER FROM US--IT HAS TO BE MADE AND THEN SHIPPED!!! You can expect to receive your order in 2-3 business days after you have been sent notification that it has been shipped.

Q:Why does it take more than a few minutes for you to respond to my e-mail?

A:Unfortunately, we are not independently wealthy and we both work full time jobs. We will get back to you as soon as we can. We are not ignoring you--we are just busy or not home. Thanks.
